This system is intended for authorized board members, secretaries, and administrative personnel. Unauthorized access attempts, credential sharing, or extraction of internal notes outside authorized workflows is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their Google authentication accounts secure and for ensuring that all entered meeting notes and issue updates accurately reflect organizational proceedings.
