• Verifying user identity and authorization status against authorized roster records.
• Recording meeting attendance and note authorship for internal organizational records.
• Exporting meeting summaries and issue history to designated Google Drive folders.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third parties. All access is restricted to authorized personnel. Data transmitted during Google authentication is handled securely via standard SSL/TLS encryption.
